Superb modern flat in Northampton, parking &EV

Nice, clean and modern.

Plenty of bright, clean and comfortable space for our family stay. We we're visiting for a local bowls competition. It was close to our venue and local shops handy too. Lots of useful things in the kitchen, tea, coffee, cooking oil, salt pepper and spices etc. A good selection of toiletries to use and plenty of towels for all three of us. Free parking right outside. Great communication with our host. Thanks for the cookies!

The area was quiet and central. It was close to shops and a park. It was easy to get to family from the flat. The parking was a very good size.

The front door sign was broken with part of the sign missing. There was no hot water. It was lukewarm on the first and second night but nonexistent on the last morning. There was no bowl or sink plug to wash up with. There was no sheet to tell us how to work the telly. There was no spatula to cook with. The chairs were wobbly to sit on and we tightened them up. There was rubbish visible under the internal stairs. There was no instructions on where to leave full bin bags. There was rubbish on the gravel driveway and bin bags piled up to the side of the property.There was a strange smell in the main bathroom if the window was not kept open.
