Superb modern flat in Northampton, parking &EV

Spotless clean, great facilities everything was perfect for our family.

Close to the county cricket ground. Very spacious flat. Clean and comfortable

Really noisy neighbours (upstairs and downstairs). No plug for the sink to wash dishes, no drying cloths, no chopping board, bedside light in second bedroom not working, GBP 50 for EV charging is very expensive, water pressure very low, weak wifi

Clean, spacious and helpful staff well equipped

Beds we uncomfortable, and too low to the floor, sofa was uncomfortable. There was no way to secure the door from inside the flat. As a solo traveller I didn’t feel safe as the entry was a keypad door. So anyone could easily break in. Especially as people in the upstairs flat kept not locking the external door. Flat walls were thin so you could hear the people in the flat above and below. EV charging was £50 extra after the booking was made. Which wasn’t at all clear on the booking. Negotiated it to £25. But it didn’t work. So thankfully I didn’t pay the £25.

Location, close to 2 supermarkets and had car parking on site. Flatt was a good size and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.

The bathroom and ensuite were very small, especially if you are a person over 6 foot tall. The bed in the main bedroom is too low ( found it hard to get out off). Could not get the TV to work. Could hear our neighbours through the floor and ceiling. The couch in the lounge room was very uncomfortable to sit on.
