Lovely 1-bedroom rental unit with free parking

Absolutely great place to stay; no complaints. Everything that we needed was there.

It is expensive, but well worth the price.

Quiet and comfortable. Bus right out front plus parking on street. AWESOME AC. Would stay here again when I come to DC.

Clean and updated apartment. Great natural light, but thick curtains if you need privacy/sleep. Perfect location for where I needed to go in DC, and PLENTIFUL, FREE STREET PARKING. Pizza, subs, liquor store just blocks away. Owner responds quickly, and is flexible and accommodating. I stayed here several times. Highly recommend!

I loved the inner decor and new appliances. Easy to get in and out. Smells great and the tv is perfect if you're hosting multiple people.

I really hated the fact that the fridge was broken and I wasn't made aware of this until we had brought ice cream and realized it was off, then called the host who let us know that it was broken and we could use a freezer downstairs.

Comfortable, like the washer and dryer. Transportation to city was easy.

TV channels were limited.

My sister was in rehab at nearby NRH, and this property was just six minutes away. It is exceptionally clean, and flooded with natural light; appliances, laundry, bathroom were updated. Alexis was quick to respond, and helpful and flexible when needed. Free street parking was a huge plus, and there was never an issue with finding a spot right out front. During my stay, the neighborhood was quiet. Less than a mile away is a 7-Eleven, Subway, liquor store and Chinese carry out. DC tourist sites are vey close. I highly recommend this property for a stay, and will definitely be using it the next time I'm in Washington!

The spacious rooms where furnished with quality furniture and I was impressed because I had everything I needed soap paper towel plates n glasses.
