It's a lovely apartment. The location is pretty good. It's not far from most destinations. The bus stop is directly across the street. It was very clean and well kept. The couch was extremely comfortable. Streaming services were available for entertainment. The neighborhood is quiet and calm. Parking is easily accessible on the street.

The bed would be ok for one person. It's too small for two. It's memory foam so if you get near the edge, it wants to push you out. It's only a full bed which is already small for a rental. The renter asked us not to steal the supplies which was a bit offensive even if it had been a problem in the past.
