"Ordentliche, nicht mehr ganz neue Unterkunft mit zentraler Lage, toller Aussicht und Rooftoppool."

Alles in allem eine passable Unterkunft. Sehr liebes Personal das jederzeit erreichbar war. Wegen dem Wachpersonal das 24/7 das ist, fühlten wir uns sehr sicher. Wir konnten auch kurzfristig unser Gepäck im Wärterhäusschen lagern. Liegt in der Nähe zweier Shoppingmalls, wobei die kleinere nur 250 Meter entfernt ist, mit einem kleinen Foodcourt. Sehr praktisch und günstig. Beim Buchen hatte ich die Hoffnung neben dem Pool auf dem Dach auch mal im Meer baden zu können das nur 100 Meter weg ist. Die Brandung ist aber ziemlich heftig, das das gar nicht möglich ist. Dafür ist die Aussicht aufs Meer ziemlich nice.

Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen, sodas man dem Besitzer eine Reinvestition ans Herz legen möchte. Viele kleine Details, die schnell und unkompliziert behoben werden könnten. Und das Ameisenproblem ist noch aktuell.

"Tolle grosse Wohnung im 5 Stock"

Toller Blick vom kleinen Balkon auf das Meer. Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und sauber. Tolles Wohnzimmer und Essbereich. Küche und Bäder sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Personal am Gate war hilfsbereit. Shopping Mall und Supermarkt in der Nähe.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spacious, well-equipped, and provided everything our family needed. The host was incredibly responsive and provided helpful tips throughout our stay, making it easy to settle in. The location was perfect — within walking distance to shopping centers, Galle Face, and several hotels offering great buffet and dining options. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again on our next visit

We stay for two nights. Rooms are nice and cosy. There is one big bedroom with own bathroom a two more bedrooms with share bathroom. The kitchen is also nice and spacious. Filtered water in the kitchen and bid fridge. The best thing is the pool at the roof. It is very easy to go to the city centre and you can also buy some food and groceries nearby. We use early check in because our flight arrived during the night. I definitely recommend this accomodation.
