Hot water in 2 bathrooms not working. It was a public holiday so the security could not call the technician.

To be honest, this was not a good experience. Interier seems to be fine, apartmen has enough equipments for everything. Manager was really trying to help this out, but:

Exterior of hotel is really bad, one big gate, no receptions (just some kind of bulding cell). THE biggest cheating for me is showing pool in apartment photos, so this make you fell like you have private pool on roof, althought people already wrote here about this (sadly I have read this after coming), booking manager didnt take off these photos yet - they should!! Another thing was that we have seen at least 4 cockroaches in 2 days in our apartment, which is quite disgusting. Definitelly not coming again.

Stayed here for a day. This apartment is an exceptional value for money for family stay. Located in the posh locality of Colombo, it is at a walking distance from important attractions in Colombo and just 50 metres from Indian Ocean. Comes with 3 spacious bedrooms equipped with wardrobes, 3 bathrooms with premium fittings, big living room and well equipped kicthen. All rooms have balconies. The Master bedroom & living room balconies have an uninterrupted view of Indian Ocean which truly makes this apartment special. Other facilities included High Speed Wifi & swimming pool. Apartment complex is guarded with 24x7 security. Certainly recommend this room for long stays as well as short stays. The room is exactly as the pictures depict.

Relatively clean. Large and airy. Reasonable kitchen facilities. Pool was OK but a couple of tiles on the floor were missing. Good views of the sea, a little bit of a walk to the centre but not too bad. Good shops nearby.

When I tried to use the oven it blew the fuse. We mentioned this and the owner tried repairing it, but didn't. The a/c in one of the rooms took a long time to get cool and we had to leave on full which was a bit noisy.

The apartment has good spacious bedrooms and a gorgeous ocean view. Close to the Colombo attractions (you would need some sort of transport, can't do it by walk). Clean, well maintained and responsive staff and host. The apartment though new has a bit of wear and tear which could do with an upgrade. Stayed for a night so can't complain. Has dishwasher, dishes, laundry, A/C, etc, linen and towels, etc.

A bit on the expensive side but works out well for groups.
