Struttura da poco rinnovata, arredamento moderno e semplice. Molto carina e ottima pulizia. L’host ha fornito accuratamente biancheria e prodotti per l’igiene, sempre molto disponibile e tempestivo nelle risposte. Possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente l’auto nei dintorni mentre se vi spostate a piedi Ortigia dista circa 15/20 minuti.

La stanza è molto luminosa peccato che lo sia anche di prima mattina nonostante le tende oscuranti presenti. Altra cosa affacciandosi alla strada si percepiscono i rumori. Se vi spostate a piedi verso il centro alcune vie potrebbero essere poco illuminate…

La posizione è davvero comoda, a pochi passi da Ortigia, supermercati, bar e gelaterie. La camera è luminosa e spaziosa così come il bagno. L'host è molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

Établissement assez grand et avec des équipements très corrects et modernes (grande salle de bain, petite cuisine et machine à café, ainsi que climatisation). Facile pour se garer dans une rue gratuite et sécurisée juste devant le logement, laquelle se situe à 15 min à pied de la vieille ville d’Ortigia.

Accueil à distance, que ce soit physiquement ou mentalement. Point faible : peu de luminosité dans la chambre-appartement.
