Kladne hodnotím čistotu kúpeľne

Klíma nefungovala správne aj keď sa nastavila na nižšiu teplotu, len ťažko klesla pod 30 stupňov . Na tanieroch boli zaschnute kúsky jedla pravdepodobne od predošlých nájomcov a ani chladnička nepôsobila čisto . V kuchyni pri odpadkovom koši a pod kuchynskou linkou boli premnožené mravce . Nekonforne bolo aj umiestnenie apartmánu v prízemy kde v prípade otvorených žalúzií bolo vidieť do vnútra čo spôsobilo pri stále zatiahnutych založiach nedostatok denného svetla . V prípade otvorených okien bolo počuť hluk z vedľajšieho baru ktorý mal terasu hneď pod oknami . Pocit súkromia narušalo aj to že medzi miestnosťami a rovnako aj do kúpeľne WC boli komplet číre sklene dvere.

Purtroppo sarà stato il caldo eccezionale ma i climatizzatori non riuscivano a rinfrescare la casa a dovere.

We liked the area of the apartment as it was close to Rio de Madrid, a nice park, also around 30 min walk to the city center, Plaza Mayor and other landmarks. Very close to the bus station, small supermarkets, cafes, tapas restaurants within walking distance.

The fact that the apartment is on the ground floor and you could hear the metal entrance door slamming every time someone came into the building & people talking loudly...also, near the window of the apartment and with a common wall (the bedroom wall), was Bar Montes, a tapas bar, opened until 12.30AM, or rather 1 AM starting Thu to Sunday, at least during our stay...this was totally unpleasant, we could not rest and sleep properly, it was pretty loud music and talking from the clients at the bar...would have been nice to know this, especially because I am a very light sleeper and I have trouble resting in such conditions... also, in the kitchen it would have been nice to have at least some napkins, some sugar/salt/oil/vinegar, some coffee...at least the basics...

The flat has an excellent location. The 25 and 50 buses depart almost right in front of the apartment, the line 5 metro is about a 15-minute walk away, and the line 10 metro can be reached in about 7-10 minutes via the 25 bus at Principe Pio Square. The host is very kind, communicates well, and tries to help in every way possible. The apartment is on the ground floor and located next to a bar, which can sometimes be disturbing at night during opening hours, depending on the guests drinking and making noise on the terrace. The flat has everything needed in a well-equipped apartment: a washing machine, oven, iron, and cleaning supplies. A microwave and a kettle might be a good addition. Both rooms are equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning units, allowing for separate temperature control. The ventilation system sometimes turns on randomly and is a bit noisy, but not disturbingly so. In terms of value for money, it is an excellent

The location is close to the center. The main museums are within walking distance. There are several large shops, cafes and bus stops nearby.

There is a bar right outside the bedroom window that is constantly making noise, and most importantly, a glass door to the bathroom through which you can see everything from the room, but not from the bathroom. But we found a simple solution, we just covered it with a sheet.
