American Motel - Lenoir

The room was clean and I did not find nor have any problems with bugs. I was allowed to see the room prior to accepting it.

The lady was rude, there was no Wifi, the TV was small, I was paced on the back of hotel in a corner room.

Staff.

Room was nasty needs to be updated expeditiously.

The lady at the front desk was very rude to us…our room was booked online and she wanted to charge more than what we had on our booking, then we showed her the confirmation but she just walked away

Did not take breakfast. Due to so many issues with the motel and staff, we left about 4am.

The entire motel and staff. Too much to print here. If you are intrested, send me a email at usmcrbrewer@gmail.com. This is the worse lace we have ever stayed. The only way to fix it is to refund my $124.00 and correct the issues ASAP.

Says continental Breakfast Toast bagel . No butter jam or anything To put on. Cereal no milk. Total joke!

The 1st shift lady is a totally rude person. She does absolutely nothing for you cant even greet you with a smile upon checking in. When you have traveled all day and need some rest time with a 4 and 6 yr old and your tv wont work her solution is lady will be in at 8pm she will fix then. The lady came up around 7pm but my wife had went online and after putting different codes in got the remote to work. The tv didnt have a power button so we couldnt turn it on to program the remote to it so had to work around that issue. The night shift lady is super sweet and friendly. Breakfast is cereal, bread slices individually wrapped with saran wrap, as well as bagels. Peanut butter is a jar of peanut butter kept in a fridge, had butter and a jar of jelly. No fruit, No juice, No waffle iron just a cereal, toast or bagel.

Not too bad for a one night stay.

Property was ok. Right off the road so a lot of noise due to traffic

Didn’t have ice, the machine was broken. There was an Indian lady with long hair I don’t know if she is the owner or who but she was really rude and hateful.
