American Motel - Lenoir

It was very nasty owner was very nasty nude and cussed at myself when was telling her bout room not being clean. Drug area.

Nothing was clean it was so late had stay. Me and family leave as soon sun came up.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

The place was clean but looked worn out and that made it feel a little dirty. The TV was impossible to get reception, it would then on and the cable box turned on but the input was not able to be changed. We had two rooms and this was the case in both rooms. Over all the carpet, bed, and bathroom was clean, the water was hot. I would stay there again.

Staff was rude. Had to ask for toilet paper at check-in Breakfast was choice of cereal or bagel. Milk was soured, couldn't be used. Pod for 1 cup of coffee was provided for a 2-night stay
