Kilimanjaro Lodge - MCF

Stunning views, spacious rooms and excellent service. Breakfast was absolutely delicious (particularly the home made granola!)

Our host Lady and the team were excellent. We were greeted with fresh juice and a warm wash cloth on arrival which was a lovely welcome. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The grounds are lovely and the lodge is close to facilities in town but easy to drive to other locations from, including the airport. The food was cooked fresh everyday and everyone enjoyed the meals. The showers were hot and swimming pool (very unexpected!) was nice and cool. We felt so well looked after I feel like I have an extended family in Moshi now.

It would be helpful if it was permitted to put signage at the entrance to the road as there are a few lodges with similar names in Moshi and the taxis can find it difficult to find the lodge.

Very friendly staff. We felt very welcome and got a great service. The waitress is very attentive and soon as you emptied your drink she is there for taking the order for a new one. Lady organized a nice trip for us to the waterfalls near Moshi. The place is quiet but not far away from the city. There is a pool and a lot of plants around the area. For Germans: They serve the beer with wheat beer glasses (but no wheat beer) very nice. And the glasses were pre-chilled the second day. We had a great stay there - thank you

The staff are extraordinarily friendly. From the moment you get there to the moment you leave, you feel very well taken care of.

Nothing really. Maybe the light bulbs in the room can be changed but that's so incredibly minor that I feel like I'm searching for something to criticise.

One of the most wonderful stays I have had so far. The hotel just opened for the public and belongs to a children foundation. The atmosphere is amazingly calm and peaceful, jungle atmosphere and view on Mount Kilimanjaro. The personal is incredible and plays a major role towards this unique atmosphere. The room was so cozy and makes you feel like at home. Very quite area with everything in reach nearby. I will come back one day for sure! Thank you for everything!

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. It's located in a quiet environment among nature (but easy accessible) so its very relaxing indeed!

The rooms still do not have WiFi facilities although it is there in the restaurant. It would also be nice to have a portable fan in the rooms because although it is okay at night sometimes during the day in can get a bit warm.
