PONDOK KUNGKANG VILLA 2

One of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The service was great, and the private pool was stunning with the views!!! Definitely a hidden gem!!!

This property was a central location to everything I wanted to do, it felt private.

Just know and be prepared there’s a lot of stairs

Tesis çok güzel düşünülerek yapılmış fakat odaların hemen alt tarafından dere akıyor bu da sinekleriin çok olmasına neden oluyor.üst taraf raftingcilerin son durağı.Sürekli bir su sesi mevcut uyurken çok rahatsız ediyor.Son olarak odalara gitmek için yaklaşık 25-30 merdiven inip çıkmanız gerekiyor, yolda aydınlatma yetersiz, gece karanlıkta takılıp düştük.

1. Very friendly and supportive staff , they get you what you need in less than 5 minutes if not immediately 2. Jungle vibes and stunning views 3. Cleaner than we expected considering the plantation but they spray and clean regularly 4. Location is ideal for activities

Amazing room with private pool and great views!! Gorgeous welcome from the staff with petals on the bed, bathroom was lovely!! Surrounded by rice fields which was also lovely

Overall it was really great. We ended up in Villa 1 which has the same setup as Villa 2. The balcony view was fantastic, natural and peaceful with only a few other villas interrupting the view of the rainforest. It was very quiet, the only noise was the fountain in the pool. Staff were efficient, super friendly and very responsive via WhatsApp no matter the time. They were also accommodating and provided breakfast/services at specific times where requested. Additionally, they contact you with all services and prices straight after booking your villa. The path to the villa goes through beautiful rice fields. Wifi worked well. Aircon worked great and was easy to set on a timer. The breakfast was great (250k for normal, 275k for floating breakfast) and came with a fruit plate as well as what’s ordered, I highly recommend the omelette! And the in room massages were incredible; a great price (200k/person for 1 hr), peaceful and relaxing with just the right pressure.

There’s 94 steps to/from the villa of varying sizes and heights, which is a bit exhausting and only suitable for the young and fit. The room had a few old things needing a touch up (loose locks and cupboard doors got stuck) but nothing major. The location is average but that’s to be expected to get the rainforest view. It’s about a 20 min drive to ubud centre so would recommend more for people with private drivers.
