"Great place with fair value."

The apartment is in a good location. Busses and taxi right at the door step. Big rooms and a fair value. Big kitchen with most necessary cutlery, pots and a pan. Not the newest quality, but working fine. Friendly neighbors, when met in the one elevator.

There is no such thing as: Soundproof (Heard and smelled some neighboring kitchen and their steps at 11pm), Walk-in closet, Private pool, Sofa bed. Had to clean the kitchen and wash some dishes before use.
