Stylish, Central, North Laine, Newly Decorated

Such an adorable little cottage! Beautiful and functional kitchen. We loved spending Christmas in Brighton! Location was amazing! We would love to return.

Kool funky decor , brilliant spot and close to amenities.

Slight problem with heating. Didn’t worry about it in the end as it didn’t ruin our stay .

Really easy to get the keys, all details were sent to me on the morning

It did smell a little damp due to the single glazing but it was warm and spotlessly clean. There was a dehumidifier in the basement bedroom too....

The location was perfect in a quiet street in the north Laines. The kitchen/dining room was lovely and modern. Quirky decor was trendy & interesting, the beds were very comfortable.

There were no TVs working & no solution suggested or an apology from owner The kitchen lacked paper towels, tea towels (1 supplied) & cloths One spindle on the stairs was missing & another one came away in our hand & urgently needs to be fixed bordering on dangerous No instructions for any appliances at all Need a black out blind for the basement bedroom as the street lamp shines directly into the room Random personal and DIY stuff in the kitchen cupboards and drawers which was off putting and should be put away. Due to the looking the basement being faulty those guests need to go up 2 flights to go to the only bathroom Owner ignored long message detailing the honest feedback which was unacceptable
