Triplex, Rooftop with Parlament view & Jacuzzi

Excellent location. Great view (especially after dark) of the city. Very relaxing sitting in the hot tub. Plenty of bathrooms.

Hot tub could have been cleaner. Rest of apartment was very clean though.

Perfect flat, great services and position. Terrace with Jacuzzi a big plus. 3 toilets and 2 showers, complete kitchen and washing machine. We were a bit worried reading some of the comments but I must say that everything was in perfect order, very good communication with Laura, kind and caring. I can only recommend

Brilliant property. Everything from communication in the lead up, communication while there, cleanliness, hot tub, everything was flawless. Only 5 minute Bolt ride to Budapest Main Street and shop right outside.

On the positive side the location was nice, the appartment was relatively clean, the beds were comfortable, and the roof top terrasse was nice.

The jacuzzi, which is the main selling point of this apartment, could not be used. It was fithy and filled with yellow and smelly water. Some furniture in the roof terrace were broken, so only two out of four seats were intact. There was only cold water in the shower all weekend and the sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged and could not be used. There was only one large towel for each guest and no hand towels. We had to buy this ourselves. There were only double duvets in the bedrooms, which is not so practical for friends sharing beds. No extra equipment in the apartment. There was no functional Wifi in the apartment. We were in contact with the host several times and he actually responded quickly. He promised they would fix everything for us but never showed up as agreed. We suspect that this is their business model: keep the standard to a minimum, be polite and answer the guest during the stay, but do not improve anything - and then move on to the next guest (with the same setup). The location was nice, but the apartment building itself was extremly quiet, probably because of an unpleasant neighbour who appeared to be abnormally concerned with silence. He approached us shortly after arriving, telling us to be quiet despite the fact that we hadn't made any noise.

The structure is nice.

The management and cleanliness was a complete disaster. The advertisement is misleading as there was neither a view of Parliament nor a jacuzzi. The checkin indicated that it was from 12pm and when we arrived the apartment was trashed with bloody sheets and filth everywhere. The cleaner arrived at 14:00 and she told us to come back at 16:00, after which the flat was not clean with filthy pillows and missing basics like trash can liners and paper towels. We have a video of how it was when we arrived. For the price, it was a not a value.

Apartmen is ok its big enough

We didnt like that we got only 2 towels for us 4 and i wouldnt say it was clean enough. Plates and spoons etc vere dirty and lot whole apartment was 3/10 clean

It was clean and good location

The property initially was advertised as having two beds in bedroom 2 and one bed in bedroom 1. This is why we booked it as we needed three beds. Once we got to the property we realised there was only one bed in each room. We tried to contact the property about this and we were not only offered no solution or partial refund for this but they also told us that it was our own misunderstanding refusing that they did anything wrong. However they later updated the listing to reflect the fact that there was only one bed in each bedroom. The property was very difficult to communicate with, we were constantly going around in circles and we were not reimbursed for the false advertising.
