Triplex, Rooftop with Parlament view & Jacuzzi

Location of the property was great. Excellent facilities inside & very modern. The beds were Comfortable and we slept very well. Communication between the owner and us was also very good.

Upon our check-in to the property, we were met by a hostile neighbour who warned us not to make noise & not to go on the roof terrace. However, our main reason for booking this apartment was to use this facility so we felt we really missed out. As a result, we spent very little time at the property. Whenever we were there, the curtain didn’t offer much privacy so the neighbours spied on us and knocked to tell us to be quiet when we weren’t being loud. Therefore, it was quite hard for us to relax. It’s a shame that we couldn’t spend more time at the apartment as it is a beautiful place with excellent facilities. Perhaps there could be better description to outline that the apartment is situated within a residential block & policies could be made clearer. We were satisfied with the cleaning, apart from the half-eaten pizza that had been left in the fridge-freezer by the previous guests.
