Beautiful property really quiet really exceptional location. Great staff, very helpful changed my elderly parents to a ground floor room.

Breakfast could have had more fresh fruit although maybe just communication, when asked for more coffee, for example, staff complied immediately. Only real quirk was that meal times need to be respected as there are no other nearby (or far) options. For us it was only no dessert 15 mins before service supposedly finished but another, larger, party planned by the resort’s timetable and were not served.

The setting is absolutely magical with a bridge across the water, spectacular views of the reef and waves and mountains behind. We were blown away by the setting. The rooms are lovely and very very comfortable. It was quiet and relaxed with two pools both with unbelievable views. The restaurant was handy with reasonable prices for drinks and food. The staff were lovely and tried their best to help. Highly recommend the cocktails!

A few things to know is there are very few taxis and you’ll need cash to pay for everything outside of the hotel. I would recommend you hire a car to get to the beautiful scenery around. They have transfers at the hotel but were booked out when we asked the first day leaving us a bit stranded. Just note the only atms are 1.5hrs drive in Apia. The location is gorgeous just isolated if you don’t have transport. The only other minor thing is they give you one small jug of water for the room. You are only allowed one which meant we had to keep returning to the restaurant which is across the bridge to fill it. Other than that this place is beautiful.

The staff were outstanding — warm, attentive, and genuinely gracious. Their hospitality was first-class and made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The food was equally impressive: beautifully presented, perfectly cooked, and absolutely delicious. Overall, this was a luxurious and memorable experience — without a doubt the best part of our time in Samoa. We highly recommend this exceptional hotel to anyone seeking tranquility, beauty, and impeccable service.

Nothing this resort is by far the best I have to say in Samoa hands down why others may rate this under 10 I would say are minor things this place overall is AMAZING!!
