Aga Reef Resort and Spa

Everything was perfect. I loved seeing fish swim below me when the tide was in from my Water Villa, and snorkelling below in the lagoon amongst the coral. The swimming pool out near the outer reef is divine, the staff are so helpful and lovely. The bed was like a cloud and the breakfast delicious. They have great snorkelling gear and beach towels you can borrow if you don’t have your own, as well as free transport to the closer locations around and transport to further places for a small fee. Go here! You will love it!

Water pressure was not very good

We enjoyed the natural scenery. It brought a sense of peace, being away from the hustle and bustle of Apia City. We were relaxed and found ourselves half of our stay in the beautiful water (reef lagoon).

Standard breakfast in Samoa. Acceptable as included in room rate. Also All other properties where breakfast was included handed me the PAID breakfast menu first - not so this one. I noticed and appreciated their honesty.

The room and grounds were clean. All the staff were very friendly. Great location to relax. Two pools to choose from. There is courtesy bus with free transport within Lolumanu. Hiring a car is helpful in such an isolated location.

The toilet has a door however the rest of the bathroom is open which could make it awkward if travelling with others. The beach can be a little rough to swim at. The current can be strong at times for those who aren't great swimmers.

The location, the staff, the food, the accommodation was all great. We would recommend this to anyone. Thinking about coming back to Samoa just to stay here again!
