The location is ideal for the town centre. The room was clean and warm.

The shower is not great. Shower head holder needs looking at. There was a fridge in the room that wined through the night. I ended up switching it off. The room is Not ideal if you are looking at a bit of a lie in. Delivery lorry for the store next door reversing in pretty early.

"Lovely, comfortable accommodation right on Porthleven harbour - get the front room with the view."

A fab location in the heart of Porthleven. The main room was very spacious and with the view of the harbour. The bed was comfortable and nice to have a sofa area. Really appreciated the proper milk in the fridge. Comms from the staff was very good. Parking is cheap in the car park literally next to the property. So easy to get anywhere in the town, and it is right by some lovely craft shops, bar, restaurants, pubs, cafes, fish and chips etc., and not far at all to the beach.

The bathroom was a little tired and shower didn't have much water pressure. My mum had the new room on the ground level which was a little quirky, although very comfortable tbf.

Amazing location and view of the harbour. Friendly staff. Great size room and amenities- fridge, kettle etc.

Unfortunately the lack of sound proofing in the room ruined our stay somewhat. The restaurant below played some music which, whilst sounded okay in the restaurant itself, had quite a loud beat/base which meant all we could hear in the room was the regular thump of it from 4pm right through to 11pm. Please sound proof the room or change the type of music you play please! Bed was a bit too saggy/soft but this may be personal preference.
