ห้องเล็กเกินเมื่อเทียบกับราคา ได้ห้องวิวภูเขาชั้นสี่ ก็ไม่ได้ว้าวอะไรมา เมื่อเทียบกับราคาคืนละห้าพันกว่าบาท แถม facilities ในห้องก็ไม่ค่อยมีอะไร ประตูก็ต้องใช้กุญแจไข ราคาระดับนี้ต้องเป็นคีย์การ์ดแล้ว เพื่อความสะดวกของลูกค้า

The property looked decent from the outside.

The housekeeping forgot to clean our room due to a miscommunication between them and the front desk. Moreover we had placed the “please clean our room” sign but this was ignored. Imagine after coming back from a 7-hour trek dead tired and to our dismay, to find out that we had to wait an extra 30-40 minutes to get the room cleaned. I told the front desk that my wife and I were very upset by the whole incident and requested for a new room which was rejected at first. Then after the manager spoke with us she found out that we were extremely upset with the whole situation. This had never happened to us before. Even a 3 star hotel which we stayed in for our 30 years of travel had never failed to clean our rooms. In the end the manager agreed to provide us with a new room. We had to pack our luggage and then transfer to another new but upgraded room. It was an incident which should have never happened, ever.

Nice design good gym decent size rooms

The washbasin is too far from the mirror and lighting there is poor -,add a shaving mirror

Staff attitude is excellent. The themes were on point, week end mookata is also a great idea, night lightings and atmosphere were on point.

It is quite dated in the interior, the shower water heater temperature, water pressure were inconsistent. No spa, massage within the premise.
