I stayed at your property for two days and was very disappointed with the price-to-quality ratio. I paid 7,000 THB for a “mountain view” room advertised as 279 ft² (approximately 85 m²). In reality, the room was significantly smaller — around 30–40 m² — and felt very cramped. The so-called “mountain view” was actually a view of the road just 20 meters away. It was noisy due to constant traffic, and at 7 a.m. a man with a lawnmower began working directly under my window. Although there is a cliff behind the road, this cannot be considered a proper mountain view. The most disappointing part was the breakfast. It was far below expectations for a hotel in this price range. I was given a plate with eggs, two sausages, two pieces of ham, and two pieces of not-fresh pumpkin, which seemed like leftovers. The “buffet” offered only very limited options: no cheese, no cucumbers, and the only vegetables available were low-quality salad, carrots, cabbage, and tomatoes. The bread tasted like cheap 7/11 products, and the only dessert was a brownie. Oats and jam were available, but overall the food was extremely basic and comparable to what is usually offered in budget hotels or even hostels. Another issue is the location. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and the nearest decent restaurant is at least 17 km away. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve the accuracy of your room descriptions, breakfast quality, and overall guest experience.

We enjoyed the natural setting, the location is peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and the beds were comfortable. We also liked having a balcony and the pool area was a nice spot to relax.

However, the hotel could use much better maintenance. Our bathroom didn’t feel properly cleaned on arrival — there were hairs on the floor and visible stains. On top of that, the towel rack was placed directly above the toilet, which is probably the worst spot for it, especially when there were plenty of other places it could have been mounted. Even the table setting had marks from previous guests, which made the place feel a bit neglected overall. The food was okay, but could definitely be tastier. It’s a property with great potential thanks to its setting, but it needs more attention to cleanliness and upkeep to truly deliver a good experience.

Cet hôtel est un scandale !!! Le personnel est désagréable au possible. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est catastrophique, dés que nous voulions aller quelque part, il fallait passer par le taxi privé de l’hôtel qui coûte une fortune !!! C’est à la limite de l’escroquerie. Le petit déjeuner est scandaleux, il n’y avait presque rien (machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas bien, des mouches sur les fruits, dès que nous demandions quelque chose sur la carte ils nous indiquaient que ce n’était plus disponible).
