Alt of the staff were fantastic! The gentleman who waited for us to arrive late was exceptional and the following day the morning staff were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. Great property. The room was amazing, everything about it was 10/10

We arrived at 12.30 and we where told at the reception that the room wasn't ready and checkin is at 2.00 pm but we could wait in the garden....I went for a quick walk and the rooms (there are only 3 rooms)where all ready...the day after we had to change room because the one we stayed was booked, the manager asked us to leave our room at 10.30 pack everything up leave it reception and check in at 2 pm because the room was not ready and they actually were doing some maintenance....I went to have a look at the room...it was ready except that it was some minor repairs done in the bathroom....we had to wait again until 2.00 pm to be comfortable in our room...by the way the repairs in the bathroom were not urgent and could have been done an other day.....we do understand that there are rules but especially when you're not busy you can please the customers instead of making them wait for no reason....the breakfast was very poor....

Bellissimo posto, vista mare vicinissimo alla famosa attrazione squalo balena. Camera moderna, spaziosa e pulita, vista mare. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e sorridente. Consigliatissimo.

아침식사대신 망고 스티키라이스를 제공함(간식정도) 고래상어보기에 적절한장소- 3분거리에 고래상어 보는 장소가 있어서 눈비비며 표끊으러 갈 수 있었음. 직원들이 친절하고 스노쿨링 장비도 무상대여해줌. 세부시티로 돌아오는 버스도 집앞에서 탈 수 있다고 함.
