We had a very lovely stay. It is a modern, clean appartment located at excellent location. It has a small kitchen with a stove, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Staff replies fast to enquiries.

Just small things: There could be one or two more pots/pans of slightly bigger size. Sink in the bathroom could be slightly bigger. The shower handle was leaking.

Convenient location, quiet, pleasantly furnished.

The advertised washing machine was out of order. We chose this place because it had a washing machine. Wifi wasn't working on this occasion but discussed this with property managers. Generally, I think people rent apartments because they want to use the facilities offered that are not available in a hotel room. They want to cook or do their laundry perhaps.

Kitchen and its equipments are awesome. All the things inside kitchen are considered well. We liked it.

Too much noise outside, Bathroom and the bed. Unfortunately there is no outflow inside the bathroom layer and when we have a shower, there is water everywhere and it is not gone until you mop it up. Also the sink is extremely small. The bathtub can be tolerated but the sink is no way. Also the right side of the bed (close to the window) is problematic, it sounds even you have a small move on the bed. It must be definetely repaired or renewed. There is nothing to do with outside noises, I think the noise comes from the construction opposite the building we stay in.

Very central location

Lots of little issues. Lock into the apartment was incredibly stiff, and took many minutes getting in and out of the apartment. The bathroom was super stuffy and fogged up (even with the fan on), so had to leave the door open when showering. There was a load of washing stuck in the machine so we couldn’t use it. Construction work and scaffolding all around building. Lucky we arrived as they were finishing off on Friday, otherwise we would have been in for a noisy couple of days.

Unfortunately I didn't stay.

The studio apartment is located in a multi storey building and when I arrived there was scaffolding at both windows. Outside one of them was a ladder and a walkway which I didn't feel comfortable with. The ladder was beside a window which looked into the whole room including the bed. I contacted the management team and advised and they had no idea about the scaffolding. Despite having left and finding alternative accommodation I did go back and photo the scaffolding for them. I told them clearly that I had left and wouldn't be returning and had many discussions. I was due to stay for 3 nights. Ii stayed for 30 mins. I didn't cancel my booking though via booking.com and so the management company won't give a refund, just £50.
