Seagull Place - The Lanes Brighton City Centre

The snugness, furnishing and amenities were just a dream. I absolutely loved my time here

There was an issue with the towel rack in the bathroom not heating, but simply meant I had to hang towels over the doors so not a huge biggie

Good location, easy check in/out.

Dirty bed sheets, drippy tap, under bed was filthy.

Very clean, modern and up to date furnishings. Dilwar was always on hand to answer any questions or queries I may have had - even late at night! Property is right in the centre and close to all the stores. Perfect location!

Bathroom is a little small, so I struggled to brush my teeth in the sink due to the positioning of the cabinet directly above the sink and limited space to bend.

Great central location couple mins walk from promenade

The location when u put it in maps takes u to the high street side not Windsor street side for some reason
