CasaViva - Loft fronte mare a Santa Margherita

We were comfortable here and the location was great.

Make sure you have a mobile phone number active and you aren't relying on wifi. We had to find a nice local to let us borrow their phone because we the entry code is only sent a few hours prior to check in.

Great location. Spacious loft apartment with well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed, good bathroom with washing machine. Cafes & restaurants close by. Close to bus & train station. Sofa bed available .

It could be noisy during summer with the windows open.

The apartment is located next to a bar that has live music nights, so it can get veeeery noisy. The checkin process was a bit complicated.

Location is perfect, the studio is sunny in the mornings, equipped with everything you need to cook a good breakfast and dinner, if the case and, the most important for me it was that you can control the heat in the room which is perfect if you travel in autumn or winter season.

The noise from the street is a little bit disturbing but, in this way, you can feel the vibe of the city 😁 (you can find earplugs in the room if you want to use them)

The location of the property was perfect for accessing all amenities in Santa Margherita Ligure. Easy to walk to the train station with luggage. The setup of the apartment was very good. The host very nice.

The only thing we would recommend is the addition of mosquito nets on windows. Given that the apartment does not have air conditioning, these would be a good addition to add value to the property.

the location and the flat was very nice and the staff on the phone was very helpful(roberta was very patient)

very noisy at night, price for the value, with 400 euros per night i would have expected no noise, the slef online check in (but roberta was verybpatient znd helped me get through it)
