Rommet viste tegn på manglende vedlikehold over lang tid. Det er akseptabelt at ting blir slitt, men når ingen har tatt seg tid til å feste løst blandebatteri på kjøkkenet, dørklinken inn til badet holdt på å falle av, løs dørlist under døren til badet med mer viser dette manglende kontroll. Bestikk og annet kjøkkenutstyr var meget vel brukt og var ikke videre delikat. En grundig nedvask av dusjområdet hadde også vært på sin plass. Leilighetens var flott utformet og sengene var gode. Plasseringen i Longyearbyen er helt optimalt.

Treppenhaus und Flur waren ungepflegt. Eines der Schlafzimmer hatte kein Zimmer.
