We love the design, comfort and ambiance of the apartment plus a direct access to two malls: Central Park and Neo Soho.

The owner did inform us that one of the bathroom facilities in the apartment is not in good condition. It does not affect us much other than being more careful when using it. The apartment is a bit dusty, you can see visible dust and the cups and plate has obvious stain but its okay to use as long as it was properly wash and dip in hot water.

We had a great stay at Newly Renovated 2BR Apt and Direct Mall Access in Jakarta. The apartment was mostly very clean and spacious enough for five people to stay comfortably. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary utensils, and the beds were comfortable. Clean linens and towels were provided and included in the price. The apartment had a strong internet connection and three separate air conditioning units, all working perfectly. The residential complex had two large swimming pools and two kids' pools, and the shared areas were well maintained. One of the highlights was the location — with direct access to several huge shopping malls and excellent on-site amenities on the ground level, including a doctor and dental clinic, laundry services, a barber/hairdresser, restaurants, cafés, and small grocery stores. Overall, a clean, safe, and well-located apartment in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!
