Location was okay

The customer service was bad it to ages to get inside due to the main door code wasn't working, the staff wasn't comfortable until the person next door couldn't get inside this is when the staff contacted me the staff told me if the the lock brakes again It's my fault and they will charge me £270 for a door lock crazy right ! There was no door for the bedroom, which was next to the main door and the main door couldn't lock
