Sa Troppa de sos chentu

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön. Wir hatten das Glück, eine riesen Terrasse direkt am Apartment zu haben. Die Aufteilung im Zimmer war auch von Vorteil. Zusätzlich möchte ich gerne erwähnen, dass Manuele eine super Gastgeber war. Er war zu jederzeit erreichbar, hat tolle Tipps rundum gegeben ( Strände, Restaurants, allgemeine Locations…) und war in allem sehr entgegenkommend 😊 ich kann die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wichtig ist nur, dass man ein Auto besitzt. Sonst hat man kaum Möglichkeiten die Gegend zu erkunden.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnte man optimieren. In der Dusche gibt es keine Ablage für Shampoo und Duschgel. In der Küche gab es leider keine Geschirrhandtücher. Diese sind notwendig weil es keine Geschirrspüler gibt und man von Hand abspülen muss und entsprechend auch abtrocknen. Und wir haben den allgemeinen Geruch als etwas störend empfunden. Es hat etwas muffig und nach Keller gerochen. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts, da es insgesamt wirklich sehr sauber war und es eben ein älteres Gebäude ist. Vllt haben wir es aber auch empfindlicher empfunden, als andere es wahrnehmen.

Mooie, schone kamer met keuken, eigen buitenruimte en airco! Alles wat nodig was lag klaar in de keuken. Ook goed contact met de manager van het complex.

Er valt wat weinig ligt naar binnen in de kamer, maar dit wordt gecompenseerd doordat er een eigen buitenruimte was waar een eettafel, droogrek, bankje en stoelen staan.

We had a lovely stay here. The location is very quiet, and our room was spacious — perfect for a few days of exploring the area. Manuel was very kind and helpful, which made us feel welcome. There was a breakfast option available at a nearby café, but we chose another spot that we enjoyed very much. The air conditioning unit is placed right in front of the bed, which made it tricky to use at night. Since the room was quite warm, we decided to leave the windows and doors slightly open instead, and that worked perfectly. The property felt very safe, so this was no issue at all.

The bed was unfortunately too hard for our taste, and the small garbage room at the front could be emptied more often, as bottles and trash piled up quickly.

Struttura nuovissima, vicinissima al centro di Dorgali e a diverse spiagge meravigliose, host super disponibile e gentile, wi-fi veloce, camera insonorizzata e fresca, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura a Dorgali è stato unico e indimenticabile, sicuramente ci torneremo!

Manuel était un hote attentionné et reactif. La chambre était propre et neuve et correspondait bien aux photos

Il y avait une forte odeur d'humidité assez derangeante quand nous sommes arrivé dans la chambre. Cependant nous avons pu améliorer la situation en mettant la climatisation en continu et un diffuseur de parfum comme Manuel nous l'a suggéré. Le matelas n'était pas confortable mais nous avons aussi pu améliorer ça en mettant le matelas du lit d'appoint par dessus. Le ménage n'a pas été fait durant nos 4 nuits et les serviettes n'ont été changées que parce que nous l'avons specifiquement demandé. Notre chambre était celle du rez de chaussée et il n'y a pas de fenetre, seulement une porte fenetre qui est la porte d'entrée et qui donne directement sur la cour où tout le monde passe donc difficile de faire aérer d'autant plus que le local poubelle est juste en face. Bref, je pense que ce logement a du potentiel pas très bien exploité mais quelques ameliorations pourraient en faire un endroit vraiment chouette

Great host, clean and nice room. No issues with finding parking and the location is great.

The Location is stunning especially the roof top. Very welcoming and friendly host, we arrived to having some Italian sweets and water waiting for us😍 spacious bathroom and comfortable bed.

Our apartment didn’t have any window so it was pretty humid but we didn’t bother to keep the door open for a little, since the facility has its own yard.
