Big fireplace aga hot tub wet room barn garage

Nothing. No enjoyment was had whilst staying at this property. We only slept they, as it wasn't suitable to spend time there.

Untidy. Clutter everywhere. Games facilities were old and in poor condition. Jacuzzi water was green when we looked on arrival, so we didn't use it. Metal Shelves and rakes rusty. Thick layer of dust on top of fridge. An overabundance of electrical cables throughout the house looked dangerous. No P.A.T test labels on any electrical appliances to indicate they were safe to use. Wardrobes in the main bedroom were full of owners' clothing and other items, including a urine bottle.

Owner of the property is extremely rude and when we tried to contact him he didn't come back to us for 1h 15 min.No check in instructions given.Do not booked this property because you end up book another one and then you have to stay on the phone for hours asking for your money...Not acceptable at all!!!

We stayed here as my son had a hospital appointment early the next morning and didn't want to miss it as we live a long way away. It was very close to the hospital. We arrived around 4.30pm as check in was from 4pm but there was no key in the key box. The host to be fair got back to me and told me a code for another box, which eventually opened using brute force and two of us to prise it open. You would not want to be there alone trying to get in. The house was not very clean, the kitchen had ants running all around it, the hot tub was cold and didn't heat up at all, it showed ee code, which we looked up meant something wrong with the heat pump. It was late so I didn't want to hassle the host, so we didn't use it. My son took the main bedroom and that was ok, but the second double bed was dirty, it had hairs in and a horrible mark on the pillow and the sheets. I didn't want to sleep in there, so I tried the third bedroom and it was so uncomfortable, with springs digging in as it was a camp bed. Also upstairs was mouldy, the smell of damp was over powering and kicked off my asthma. I really wish I hadn't booked this place and had read the reviews not gone off the location and the fact it had a hot tub.

Lovely property with lovely garden

Very out dated in the bedroom and lounge , lots of junk in drawers and personal items and clothes in the bedrooms. Dirty plaster and egg cup with fag ends in left on the window in the hot tub room .

Very nice and comfortable place. My children enjoyed it
