The cooperation from the staff and the help provided by them are remarkable.

The room, which is located in the basement, is not mentioned anywhere that it is in the basement. When told to reception, they said they had mentioned on site that "no view", so this is not proper information, as per my view. The room TV is not working, informed 2-3 times, but no response.
