La Hotel Metro near BKC

It’s was decent at La hotel Metro, Staff were really helpful specially Aariya.

It can be more clean

Location close to where I needed to be

Dirty, smelly, no lift, bad locality

The hotel staff were nice. Since I was going for the US VISA biometrics, the person at the reception guided me, and even helped getting an auto (since I not carrying my phone). The staff helped lift my luggage up the stairs since there is no lift.

The hotel is way more overpriced than it should be. After charging 5K+ / per night, one would expect top-notch service and amenities. Their were no slippers, toothpaste or toothbrush provided. Only 2 Dove shampoo sachets and 2 tiny medimix soaps. The property and rooms were decent, not worth 5k at all. One of the towels was a bit dirty too. However the hotel staff were nice. I don't know if the rates were high because it's Mumbai. Breakfast options were very limited, and they provide in-room breakfast. There's no restaurant even. And no lift either.
