Price, quiet location, cleanliness, well-equipped studio, comfy large sofa, pet friendly.

The flat is in the basement; I did not know about it when booked but still very cosy; some house ants were present in the kitchen. Communication with the host could be better. There were very delayed replies to messages and no replying directly to queries.

We spent two weeks here and settled in quickly. We had one issue with the oven and once reported, was dealt with and resolved very quickly. It suited our needs perfectly, as we don't drive; Near a park, the beach and shops. About 20 mins to the train station and bus station.

Everything, it was spotless and extremely comfortable. Very cosy, quiet, private, with lovely decor.

This is a lovely ground floor one bedroom apartment situated walking distance from the main promenade. It was very cozy and had everything that we needed. A great holiday stay for a couple who need a pillow to rest their heads on.

Everything met our expectations.
