Elegant flat in the city centre with two suite

Good location in the city centre. Big, comfortable flat. The host is very helpfull.

Excellent location. Lots of room in this spacious apartment. The host, Dante, was very quick and responsive when we had a need or a questions.

The kitchen was very limited in it's kitchen supplies and the cooking equipment was on the cheap end of the scale and quite limited, olive oil and vinegar was in small plastic take-out packets (just cheap and tacky - hostel feel) and the supplied coffee had only six capsules and there was one small bottle of water - again, cheap. This place has lots of potential as it is roomy, comfortable and was in a great central location - if they only spent a few more dollars upgrading the kitchen supplies. This is not what we usually have experienced with other Booking.com accommodations. Dante was very attentive but sometimes we would end up with multiple messages late at night that did feel intrusive.

The location is great, with some bars and bistros nearby. The bedrooms have a nice view, and three toilets are a plus.

The location was excellent for wandering around the town - close to important sites and restaurants. The apartment itself was very comfortable and easy to work in for meals. The view from the bedroom window was wonderful and quiet and peaceful, from the dining and living room it was fun to get a feel for the street life.

Just a heads up for anyone who might have trouble doing stairs - it is on the 3rd floor.

The video of the electronic key was very easy to follow and very convenient rather than carrying around (or losing) physical keys.

The location was great. Just off the main square made it so easy to access all that Perugia has to offer but yet just far enough away to not be over congested. Dante, our host, was always available and incredibly helpful with any questions we had.
