The price made it an attractive option for the Chicago area.

The smell of past decades of painted over cigarette perforation. The stained living room furniture was a surprise. The vintage sheets and no mattress cover underneath. The inexpensive bed pillows could have been better. A thematic cohesion of wall decor would lift the visual game.

"Family friendly place with fence and fair price"

The apartment was clean and well equipped. Host was very responsive to assist when contacted. Loved the extra layer of security with the gated entry.

The parking garage was the only negative. It’s a 2-car garage but extremely tight since there is a fence within 12 -feet from behind, it makes it really difficult to get in and out the garage.
