Two bedroom flat in Darlington

The location is very convenient, situated in the city centre within walking distance to cinemas, shops, bars, restaurants, and the train station. Having a free parking space made for an easy arrival, and the parking area also had sufficient spaces for our needs. The flat was consistent with what one might expect at this affordable price point; while the decor was a bit dated and could benefit from some updating, it suited us well for a short stay. The host was great at providing us with the info we needed, so communication was very good.

Would benefit from some updating with decor etc. Maybe bigger towels if I'm being picky as they were very small. Pillows were uncomfortable.

Very little equipment was a 4 bed flat but only had 3 forks and bowls lots of other necessary utensils missing aswell

Property was not like the photos. Lots of paint missing on the walls and laminate flooring in the living room damaged. Bathroom was black with mould in the corners of the bath. Beds not as the pictures. Divan beds with boards under because they were broken. Old tv with no streaming service even though it was advertised as having it. Only wish I had taken photos it was so bad.

Great central location. Allocated parking was excellent.

Flat was fine although hard to find because of poor signage
