Applied for a family room for me and my kids had a good day bowling soft play on yhe dolfin centre then food in pub went back to apartment to spend the night with my kids no TV signal znd very week WiFi ended up getting my brother to pick me up at 9pm because kis were bored because couldn't on the WiFi so never stopped in thd flat snd would like to request a refude

Flat was clean tidy and spacious.

TV reception was poor

Excellent location, central, near station, cinema, and lots of amenities. Surprisingly peaceful take at night. Decent kitchen.

It’s very weathered. Tatty. Needs new beds. Weak Wi-Fi. All the mirrors were dirty.

Convenient location. Heating worked well.

TV and WIFI not working. Dirty sheets with hairs in the bed. Decorations need improvement. Low-quality furnishings.

The lication

Avoid this flat at all costs. From the second I arrived it was clear that the listing was misleading when, at the front door of the flat there was a child's pushchair. Why? The flat was not clean. The photos are very misleading. It smells, the divan on the beds was broken, and therefore, half of the mattress had zero support. I lifted the mattress to see why it sagged so low when I sat down and THERE WAS A CARVING KNIFE UNDER THE MATTRESS!!! The sheets weren't clean, the pillows smelled like they'd been on a teenager's bed for 3 years. The oven, microwave, etc, were not clean enough. The sofa had horrific stains on it. The headboards weren't attached to the beds. There was a random kitchen cupboard door on the top of a wardrobe. The place was dusty, badly in need of decorating. The living room wall was damaged. None of the above was shown on the photos of the listing. When I messaged the seller about this, they referred me to an external source. I booked through booking com and wanted to remain on that platform. For the first time EVER, I decided NOT to stay in the apartment. It was disgusting. The bathroom was dirty. Dirty cutlery in the drawers, etc, etc, etc. Honestly, it is a disgrace. Do yourself a favour and sleep on the street rather than using this place. It's relatively cheap, I suppose, but even at £10 a night, it'd be too much for this smelly, dirty and neglected flat that felt like it had just been vacated by a junkie. I reported the listing to booking.com and sent MANY photos. Unfortunately, I'm only able to show 4 on here.

Needs some tlc,

The cleaner was so helpful - he deserves praise and commendation, going above what was expected of him. This flat is so cosy and in a fantastic location.

The bathroom needs some attention, especially around the shower. This is our second stay at this accommodation and it is good value.
