Two bedroom flat in Darlington

Great location for the city centre. Spotlessly clean, the girl who cleaned the apts lives onsite & was really lovely should I have needed anything.

If I had to whinge about anything it would only be to say more towels would have been great. We had one each for our stay but that would be my only gripe

Location was spot on parking was good 1 comfortable bed.

1 Broken bed, door handles missing, had to go and buy a sharp knife to cook as it was very sparse on all cooking equipment. Tv was unwatchable due to bad signal. In need of some tlc.

The honesty of the owner. The space. Off road parking. Clean & tidyp and very good value for money.

Required a little more attention to detail.

Comfy bed, nice big fridge and freezer.

There for 2 weeks and no linen change or fresh towels. No cleaning cloths and not much in the way of bowls and cutlery. TV was internet only with no aerial. Needs some decoration as the laminate flooring wasn't finished correctly at room margins. No information just provided, or instructions on where to put rubbish, so the bin has 2 weeks of rubbish in it.

The flat was warm and comfortable, it has a decent size smart tv in the front room. Although situated near quite a main road, the bedrooms are at the back and we were not disturbed by traffic or anyone else in the building. Local amenities are easily walkable and there is a Sainsburys conveniently across the road. The hosts were very helpful and friendly and very attentive to any messages sent. Plus there is parking at the rear of the flat which is a bonus. If we are in the area again, we would not hesitate to book this flat . Very happy with our stay.

A few more towels would have been helpful, but to be fair there had been an emergency and I believe the cleaner had not been able to replenish these before our arrival.

It was rely spacious and so close to the station! Check in and check out was really easy. We had everything we needed in the little kitchen. I stayed with my brother so we had a room each, both rooms were comfy.
