The room was cosy, the kitchen was well equipped and the bed was very, very comfortable. There were thoughtful extra touches, e.g. milk, crumpets and jam, flowers in vases and bathrobes. It was in an excellent position with a lovely pub opposite and great walks nearby.

The property was beautiful on the outside & inside, modern but with features of history too. The bed was very comfortable & I loved the quirky kitchen. Our hosts made our stay personal & enjoyable.

Everything was wonderful. Had a warm welcome and the hosts could not do enough if needed for you. Had everything we needed. Immaculately presented. Locals also lovely and made to feel welcome! Very comfy bed 😊

Going home!

Very comfortable and cosy. Lots of attention to detail to really make it a home from home. We had a fabulous stay, and Vicky is a great host who has obviously put an exceptional amount of time and effort into making The Wharfe a great place to stay.

Very dog friendly, location was excellent, great pub for food etc opposite - no excessive noise! Kitchen had great varied supply of utensils with fridge, hob, and coffee making, TV, comfy bed.

As a contact lens wearer the bathroom had little shelving and poor lighting at sink

Appreciated that our 2 dogs could be accommodated as well, and the items that were left for them

Can't think of anything other than more light over the dining area

Beautiful little apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Fantastic kitchen, good shower room and comfortable bed. Lots of walks around the area without needing the car.

The apartment was in the centre of Buckden, by the roadside and was sometimes a bit noisy in the day with motorbikes going past, but we weren't disturbed at night.
