Pierview Pad - Central Luxury Apartment on the Beach

Convenient location near Brighton Pier. Clean & well equipped apartment

The location was amazing, we could see the Pier from the window and it was a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a street just behind with supermarkets and coffee shops, so all amenities are easily available. Arrival was easy as there is a digital number pad on the front door. We felt it was good value for money as everything was comfortable and we had exactly what we needed for a 2 night stay. Pots and pans, plenty of crockery and glassware, towels, a dishwasher and WiFi. Each bedroom had its own toilet/wet room for showering. Communication from staff was excellent from the lead up to our stay and throughout, where they offered advice on things to do in the area and breakfast spots nearby. We were allowed to pay a small fee so we could check in early, which was great as we'd booked it for a hen weekend and wanted to decorate the apartment before guests arrived.

We were provided with a small amount of washing up liquid and a single dishwasher tablet, but it would have been a nice touch to provide more of these as well as extra bin bags. We bought more dishwasher tabs and bin bags but for such a short stay this felt like a bit of an annoying expense. Be aware when booking that the apartment is opposite a busy late-night bar. This didn't detract from our stay at all since we were there for a hen weekend, but worth noting if you are staying with small children or want an early night that it can be fairly noisy. Also be aware that the apartment is up a couple of flights of stairs, so unsuitable for people with serious mobility issues. We got a workout in when our groceries arrived!

Really spacious for 14 of us, had everything we needed and the location was absolutely perfect - walking distance to restaurants, shops, and of course the beach!! Beds were very comfortable as well and everyone loved it

We ran out of toilet paper but granted there were 14 of us and there’s a Sainsbury’s local literally next door so it wasn’t a hassle to go and buy more

Stayed in March 2025 as a group of 12 adults. Fantastic location, close to all activities. Easy to access the property. Very spacious for everyone to sit together and host dinners and entertainment. The host was easy to contact if needed and the decor of the apartment was nice and modern. Everywhere was clean. Only issues were the bunk beds were quite squeaky and the way the showers are designed, everything gets soaking wet so bring flip flops!

Great communication from host throughout. Clean and tidy accomodation. Great central location.
