Pierview Pad - Central Luxury Apartment on the Beach

This is very central…right close to the lanes and opp the pier. Showers were fab. We would definitely stay again but obviously now aware of the quirks & rules.

Because of roadworks it was very tricky to find and taxis refused to go around and pick up. If you are a group unless you are young and can manoeuvre the upper bunks rule them out for beds as trying to get down is a real problem. There are 5 upper bunks so takes away quite a few bed spaces. Towels were quite small so if you like a bigger towel take your own. Bigger wine glasses required too lol We were in a group and were told once we were there we had to be quiet after 10pm or you’ll be fined so that spoilt the ambiance a bit. Especially when there is a drag/gay bar directly opp that’s loud till 3am. Parking is a no no in Brighton so don’t bring a car

I stayed in this flat with a group of friends for my stag do. It was great to have everyone all together in one place rather than spread around hotel rooms.

The location is great if you're going to be out a lot at night. It's right next to a cabaret bar that has karaoke until 3 or 4 in the morning, so probably not a good fit for family.

Perfect apartment for a girl's weekend away in Brighton. Location is great and just opposite Brighton Pier with everything you need close by. Host was really helpful before and during our stay and very responsive. Access and check in to the flat was really easy

Kitchen floor could do with a steam clean - turned our feet/socks black so just wore flip flops in the house

We were not able to use the TV for 2 nights as the remote was working and it was very difficult as it ruined plans for us to have movie nights as a family. I even went out of my own way to buy batteries for the remote. I was told the cleaner would come in and clean up after I complained about lack of cleanliness in the flat. I was told she would come in yet she hadnt. We had children with us and 4 of them got sick and we genuinely believe it was due to the unhygienic flat. There were centipedes all over the kitchen and that was absolutely disgusting. The floors were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The kids had white socks on and an hour into staying there it was literally grey/dirty.

Perfect accommodation, right on the pier so no need for cabs. Very clean and tidy property, comfy beds and multiple bathrooms so no waiting for someone to finish using the bath

### Apartment Review 1. **Location**: - The location of the apartment is good and convenient. 2. **Host**: - The host was good and prompt. - Despite checking in late due to a housekeeping issue, the host offered water and chocolates. - The host also allowed an extra hour for checkout.

### Apartment Review 1. **Main Entrance**: - The main entrance of the building was not clean. 2. **Renovation Work**: - Ongoing renovation work resulted in a lot of dust in the bedroom. Pictures have been shared to show the extent of the dust. 3. **Curtains**: - The curtains in the apartment were not clean. 4. **Sofa** - The sofa is not comfortable , need repair work and Drycleaning 4. **Mosquitos and Bed Bugs**: - There were mosquitos in the lower bunk beds. - The lower bunk beds were a little stinky and had bed bugs.
