Southsea Common Luxury Retreat Hot Tub Pool table

Great property very modern beds comfortable nice pool table / ping pong and nice jacuzzi

Perfect location, good facilities, very comfortable, great layout, plenty of space, good value for money

Confusion about parking - it was on the main road (not off road as advised) but thankfully we found a space near to the property but there was a charge - £13 per day, which I hadn’t factored in to my budget. The lounge TV had only Netflix and iPlayer and our viewing was spoiled a little with buffering issues. The clothes drier, a great inclusion, was unfortunately not working very well (it heated but the drum would not rotate). The shower was too hot and didn’t seem able to be adjusted

Can't fault our stay. Accommodation was perfect and location was amazing! Couldn't of been happier ☺️

Location, comfy, clean

Smelt a bit damp but it is a ground floor flat so to be expected I suppose 👍🏻

The keys were collected from a key code box so was incredibly easy to retrieve.

We had no complaints, the property was amazing, like having our own fun apartment for the night and suited our needs perfectly. It was fun with the pool table and hot tub and just around the corner from funky bars and restaurants. We certainly made the most of our stay and would definitely stay again so we both highly recommend it. The owners were amazing also very response when I messaged, especially after I mistakenly left my jacket at the property behind a door on a hook. They were efficient and kind and after confirming their cleaning team had located it and were keeping it safe, I arranged to meet them to collect it. So much positivity to say about this stay and the people that run it. Thank you.

Loved the hot tub and the rooms was comfortable and the pool table was great entertainment

location was good, nice facilities (nice shower, pool/table tennis table, sofa, tv etc)

pool took a while to heat up and door had to be fixed
