Southsea Common Luxury Retreat Hot Tub Pool table

Good size, close to the beach & a few mins from the ferry port.

Disappointed that the property description- luxury, beachfront, was wide of the mark. The place was below ground level & a good few mins walk to the beach. We were only staying 1 night so it was fine.

The location is just fine there is a pub 5 mins walk and the small entertainment area of South Sea is 10 mis away, There is plenty of on street free parking available between 18:00-08:00 so that is helpfull.

All good no issues at all.

The following is not a dislike, just a suggestion: If the apartment caters for 7 people, an extra toilet would come in handy.

Loved the table tennis and location.

Nice location near the sea front. Good size apartment, had everything you could possibly need. Rooms were well presented. Nice hot tub, not very private, sidewalk by the side of the garden.

Not the cleanest, dirty cloths left in the washing up bowl, a wet cloth left in the fridge water dispenser. Mugs were dirty and still wet, just looked like they had been rinsed and not washed. The apartment, could do with a deep clean rather dirty in places, and some repair work to the wall and loose beading.

Amazing place to stay - easy check in / out, great location super close by to all you'd want, but far enough away that it's not crazy loud. Hot tub was already warm when we got there, great touch! Pool table etc was great. Honestly great stay, thank you!

Couldn't figure out how to change the temperature of the shower, so it was super hot. It might be an idea to add the instruction to the welcome letter 😊
