"Do NOT stay at this place. Run fast!!!!!"

Breakfast was sad and kind of expensive for what was being served. 500 peso per person.

The condo room 1531, the TV didn't work. The shower doesn't have water. The Sink,shower and bathroom floor were dirty. Inside the Microwave was dirty. The condo itself were dusty. The sliding door on the balcony doesn't lock It was paid for Feb.19 and 20,2025 My family and I left on Feb.20,2025 in the morning because, we're not happy with this. Recommend you do not choose this place to stay. Staff would not refund days not stayed either. To be avoided!!!!!!

"Comfortable stay after a long flight ✈️"

Bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows! DIY Check In was simple and easy, just make sure to read the email they send you a few days before arrival with the instructions, I didn't and got there and was confused, that was a me a problem. I also had trouble turning the shower on, I contacted the host and they responded quickly even tho it was very late in the evening, which was very much appreciated! I would stay there again. The rooftop has amazing views!

AC didn't get very cold but still worked fine. Water in the shower wasn't very hot but still warm enough. Couldn't get the drinking water jug pump to pump, but, knowing myself, I think Taylor Swift would agree I am the problem.

Pool & gym was great.

It wasn't clean at all ,they have big problem with washing machine we couldn't use it . I don't wanne recommend it to anyones.

The toilet was so dirty and so stinky even if I put perfume, balcony as well was messy. Pillows are not comfy to used as it look like need to go into the bin. Customer service was unresponded as I was asking to get the water dispenser to be check on our first day because no water is coming out but no one showed up in our condo.
