- room looked great! - high floor with a good view - rooftop was great - had free water - walking distance to IT park - gym was decent (though not included in the price) - excellent wifi for remote work

- IT park is walking distance but might be a little sketch to walk to at night

the host is very kind and took quick action when I asked for extra bedding. the location of the property is very accessible to Cebu I.T Park and Ayala Mall. The room is clean, spacious and offers very fast internet connection

The bedding was a bit old. but when i told the property owner about the bedding, he/she took quick action about it.
