"Exceptional"

Location for us was superb as we came for a local wedding. The place is great, with everything you can need. The arrival gift box was a very nice touch and had all the main things with some lovely treats as well. Highly recommend.

We arrived on one of the hottest days of the year, so the top floor was boiling. But with the two fans that were there (very thoughtful) and opening all the windows and doors it cooled down.

Such a wonderful place. Furnished to a very high standard and so comfortable. The welcome pack was greatly appreciated, and the hosts were so kind and helpful.

"Excellent property in a good location"

The Annex was very clean with high quality furniture and fittings. Very spacious for two.

As we are both close to 6 ft tall, on a good day, the upstairs rooms can be a little challenging.

"Fabulous stay"

Lovely and spacious and clean. It had ample parking, and the welcome goodies were fantastic. The home had everything and more than we could have wished for.

Not the fault of the homeowner but the shower water pressure was very low, so it took a long time to rinse out conditioner.

"Lovely comfortable and cosy cottage"

Beautiful property in lovely village in Norfolk. Extremely comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and separate dining room which meant the property was bigger than expected. Welcome box with some groceries was a nice touch. The family that owns it were lovely.

The shower was electric with low water flow but in a plus it meant you always had hot water

"Lovely peaceful stay"

The property was very clean, bed was comfy and I had everything that I needed. It was a good location for exploring the area and the host's communication was great. There was a lovely welcome pack so thank you.

The key code sent by Booking.com was not correct. I had to call the hosts to get the correct code and access the keys.
