The Painted Lady, a spacious renovated 4BR Victorian

Location was great. The house worked so well for family of 8. It was clean and the owners were excellent with responding to me.

The host was very responsive, and check-in and parking were a breeze. The house is a perfect size for groups of friends with plenty of rooms and beds. It's a beautiful place, as well, in a beautiful and convenient location! The piano was a fantastic touch in the house. I would stay there again.

The A/C filters were incredibly dirty and old, and there was a strong smell of mold and mildew in the laundry room. But the place was incredibly well taken care of, considering the age.

I LOVE historic homes, I grew up in a home that was 102, so this home brought back some wonderful memories! The location was wonderful. We walked most often, and my children brought their bikes. The host was responsive and extremely kind. We loved that we were so close to Saint Augustine Distillery and the winery! We didn't make it to the beach and in my opinion it would need to be a drive to get there but we didn't make that trip so I can not say that factually. The master suite bed was very comfortable, and my children said they slept comfortably as well, with plenty of room and nicely decorated. I thought I would miss my fan while I slept, but thankfully, I was fine with out. We would be happy to stay again if we take the trip again.

The only thing I will note that might upset some is that the front door can be tricky, but take some time, finess, and patience. You'll be just fine.

Great location! Good communication with owner! Nice Victorian home with plenty of space. Everything that was needed was there!

The location is great. It's close to just about everything. The house itself is very nice and has a comfortable feel to it.

My only suggestion is for more cooking utensils in the kitchen. Our first night, we made pasta for dinner. There was no colander to drain the pasta. Had to get creative. Second, there were no pot holders to remove hot pans from the stove. Also, there were no pitchers to make something like tea in. Lastly, there were no baking sheets or oven type dishes to cook in the oven. All of these things are minor and should not stop anyone from staying in this beautiful charming house.
