Good location and amenities for our group. There were plenty of beds for everyone. We were also able to prepare meals and eat together. We were able to relax and spend much needed time together.

Not enough trash bags. We would've liked to have more coverings over the windows. Other than that, everything was great.

Great location and cost was reasonable. Very cozy. We recommend this place for a small family looking to get away without a costly trip.

The upstairs bathroom didn’t close properly and was missing a lock. We didn’t realize there was a second AC control upstairs and spent a cold first night there but that was more our fault than anything.

The Painted Lady is very well located, easy walking distance to historic downtown.

I would recommend bringing plastic plates, cups and silverware along with extra toilet paper as supplies of these items was sparse.

This was in a great location to see the historic St Augustine area. Great for a group of 7

Gaining access to the property was flawless. Accommodations were sufficient for a party of 10. Beds were comfortable, bed linens clean. Rear porch had a gas grill which we made good use of it. Parking was plentiful. Property is located in the Lincolnville neighborhood within a 10–15-minute walk from the downtown Historic District. The Ice Plant Restaurant and Vintage Bar and Distillery is roughly 4-5 blocks distant as well as the Blue Hen Cafe. The Saint Agustine Winery and Rooftop is just a couple of extra blocks distant. Strolling through the neighborhood area towards any of the aforementioned destinations was safe and very pleasant.

Kitchen lacks sufficient pots, pans, dishes, coffee mugs, utensils etc., for 10 people. Front porch had a non-working light, the light bulbs are non-vintage which detracts from the property appeal. Rear porch did not have lights at all. One of the kitchen cabinet handles fell off when opening the cabinet. There was a marble top stand in the 2nd floor bathroom. The marble top was not affixed to the stand, when a member of our party tried to move the stand, the marble top fell braking into pieces. We were asked to contribute towards a replacement. We felt the marble top stand was ripe to be broken, otherwise it would have been affixed to the stand. We also found 3 cookies wrapped in a paper napkin on the kitchen countertop.

Family trip here with 4 children (2,4,4,9) and 6 adults. Sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly! There was plenty of room for everyone and the fenced in yard was a bonus with the little ones. Convenient location and was within walking distance to most places.
