Famiana Resort & Spa - Breakfast is served as Brunch 6AM30 to 1PM

Для тех, кто любит совмещать спокойствие и близость к природе, это идеальное место. Территория: Территория отеля очень красивая, небольшая и очень ухоженная. Создает приятную атмосферу для отдыха. Спа: Спа-центр в отеле очень хороший и чистый. Девушки работают аккуратно, и чувствуется их опыт. Цены немного выше, чем на улице, но это оправдано, так как здесь намного безопаснее и комфортнее. Сервис: Персонал очень вежливый и отзывчивый. Особенно хочу отметить Нгуен Чинь, которая работает на ресепшене. Она очень помогла нам, когда наш рейс задержали. Несмотря на задержку, она организовала бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта, за что ей огромное спасибо. Общие впечатления: Отдых в Famiana Resort оставил только положительные эмоции. Это отличное место для тех, кто ищет комфортный и спокойный отдых на Фукуоке.

We had a wonderful stay at Famiana Beach Resort. It’s located right on the beach, which was incredibly convenient. We stayed in one of the villas and highly recommend booking one—the rooms are huge and very comfortable. A highlight of our trip was watching the stunning sunsets every evening right from our private terrace. Internet is fast, breakfast superb.

The cleaners are very diligent. Don't forget to put a "Do not diturb" sign on the door if you want to sleep in longer. Not a big problem, just something to mention :) We reallu liked the stay in Famiana.

Such nice people and beach was shaded. V private too. Joseph as a superb host. His staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough.

We stayed for 8 days for our anniversary and were generously upgraded to a Beachfront Villa. The beachfront was beautiful, brunch was so lovely and the staff service was above and beyond - they helped make us reservations at nearby restaurants, book spa slots and had such a lovely disposition. We loved it here and would go back in a heartbeat.

None - just book it.

We stayed in a beachfront villa, absolutely stunning, albeit smaller than the pictures lead you to believe. Lovely restaurant area provided for breakfast which had a lot of option on the buffet style, also provided an egg and pho station. Bakery items were not covered, some items were inedible as they had attracted insects but plenty of covered hot food to choose. Bar area on the beach was fantastic for cocktails, happy hour everyday bogof on cocktails. Grounds were exceptional, the beach area would've really benefited from being maintained each day.

We had a few issues, I booked a spa treatment and was not happy at all. The service was unprofessional. I was told to undress whilst she was just standing looking at me with the curtains onto the resort open. The hot stones she used were too hot, and I had to tell her multiple times about this. There were no massage techniques just rubbing up and down in the same motion, which was painful and too heavy at times. Again, I mentioned this on many occasions. Another massage was offered, but I didn't have the time for this, so it was taken off the bill. We came back to the villa to find an infestation of small docile insects at the patio doors, we thought they were isolated in this area, maintenance came quickly and said they would remove and disinfect but I then realised they were in the bedroom too, they then told us we had to move to another villa, which they helped us with but this did waste one of our evenings in phu quoc.

Great location, we like to walk so quick walk into town up a hill but was great for us for access to restaurants. Staff were lovely!

Buffet breakfast was not great everything sits out for way too long and is either not hot or not cold.
