Location. Staff at reception were very good. Both Trang and Nhu were very patient and helpful. Booking the biggest villa, u get afternoon tea, free an hour of activities like paddle board, archery and such free. Free Mini bar was sticked everyday and lots of water was provided. Where we stayed we right right in front of the beach

The rooms are rather dated sometimes feeling like a chalet. Breakfast on the first day was terrible, better on the second so that can really be improved

What do you want from your trip? Is it for relaxation or business? If you want a quiet and comfortable rest, this is the best resort. I stayed here for a week. The staff treated me with the best service and kindness. I tend to use the room relatively cleanly, but they provide daily cleaning and tidying. Be sure to include breakfast. They provide moderate and quality food. The 2.2 meter deep swimming pool in the resort is always in good condition, and it provides a lot of fun compared to the general shallow pool. Beach towels are provided. You can return them to the staff after use. If you are confident in swimming in the sea on a nice day, you can enjoy swimming in the sea in front of the resort. The resort's private beach has a beach bar. Good food, drinks, cocktails, especially the friendly staff. It is located 15 minutes from the airport, and if you tell the resort your arrival flight and arrival time by email, they will pick you up. If you tell the resort your return flight and time, they will provide transportation according to your return time. (You can get to the airport conveniently.) There are relatively good local restaurants within 5 minutes for dinner. What do you want during your trip? This place will provide you with the best space and environment to do whatever you want. Enjoy a leisurely and comfortable trip here. If I travel to Phu Quoc again, I will stay here again.

フーコック空港から10分ほどと便利なのに、ホテル内は自然がいっぱいで、敷地内は高層の建物も無く、プールも広いのでリラックスしてリゾート気分を満喫できます。 フロント・送迎・レストラン・清掃、全てのスタッフがフレンドリーで快適、景観の管理も行き届いています。 朝食ビュッフェは、種類も多く日替りでメニューも変わるので飽きない上に、午後1時までなのでブランチや朝寝坊の方ならランチにもなりますよ。 あちこち観光に行かず、ホテルでゆったり過ごしたい方には最適だと思います。 残念な点は、バスルームのお湯の出が悪いことと、レストランのアラカルトメニューの種類が少ないことです。

The location was great right on the beach ⛱️ we had a villa, and it was private with our own beach chairs and a verandah to sit on. The room was spacious and comfortable. Service daily. 👌 Villa came with 1 free afternoon high tea. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Transport to and from airport free.

Sometimes, the breakfast was cold. The steps to our bed were steap and a bit slippery at times.

Great beach bar and nice area with day beds & hammocks. Beautifully maintained gardens. Very convenient to have an ATM at the front of the resort. Resort provided free air port pick up & drop off.

The breakfast buffet was large and catered well for Asian guests, however there were no eggs (or an egg station) which I look for. When booking the beach view bungalow, the image was a ground level building, however we found it to be a 2 level building and climbing up the stairs to the second level was uncomfortable with my arthritis.

Great location with big rooms and friendly staff
